How fast can we actually start?
Most clients meet qualified candidates within 5 business days of signing. We pre-build the bench so you're not waiting. After you select the operator, onboarding takes another 3-5 days depending on your systems access.
What if the first operator isn't the right fit?
We replace them at no additional cost. We'd rather rematch than leave you stuck. The replacement guarantee runs for the first 30 days. After that, we still work through issues together — we'd just expect you to know by then if the fit was off.
Are these contractors or employees?
Operators are employed by GWT, not your business. You don't manage payroll, taxes, or benefits — we do. You direct the work day-to-day. We handle the HR, performance management, and the legal/tax obligations on their side.
What happens if we need to cancel?
30 days notice. No long-term contracts, no termination penalties. We'd rather you leave happy than stay unhappy. If you scale down or pause, we can work through options — just talk to us.
How do we communicate with our operator day-to-day?
However you run your team. Slack, Teams, email, direct phone, your CRM — whatever your existing workflow is. Our operators adapt to your stack, not the other way around. They work your hours in your time zone.
