Get Work Talent LLC operates SMS messaging programs for individuals who choose to receive text messages from us.

Service SMS Program

GWT sends transactional and service-related text messages to individuals who have opted in by checking the Service SMS consent box. These messages may relate to inquiries, appointments, operator placement services, candidate applications, partner applications, account updates, support follow-ups, and related communications.

Marketing SMS Program

GWT may send promotional or informational text messages to individuals who have separately opted in by checking the Marketing SMS consent box. These messages may include company updates, service announcements, partner program updates, and other relevant business communications.

2. Consent and Enrollment

Enrollment in GWT SMS programs requires explicit written consent through our forms or other approved opt-in methods. You may enroll in the Service SMS program, the Marketing SMS program, or both. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service engagement. Marketing SMS consent is optional.

3. Message Frequency

Service SMS: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointment activity, application status, account activity, or service relationship.

Marketing SMS: Marketing message frequency varies. Message frequency may increase during announcements, service updates, or other relevant campaigns.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and data plan. GWT does not charge for SMS messages sent through our programs, but your carrier may charge for sending or receiving text messages. Contact your carrier for details.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of GWT SMS communications at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any GWT text message to opt out of SMS communications
  • Reply HELP to any GWT text message for help
  • Email [email protected] with “SMS Opt-Out” in the subject line

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Service-critical communications may continue through email or other non-SMS channels where permitted.

GWT’s SMS programs are intended to be available on major U.S. carriers. Carrier availability may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. GWT is not responsible for message delivery failures caused by carrier issues, network outages, incorrect phone numbers, or device settings.

8. Privacy

Your phone number, SMS consent records, and message data are handled in accordance with GWT’s Privacy Policy and Messaging Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
