Do we manage the operator directly?
You direct the day-to-day work inside your business. GWT supports the hiring, onboarding, HR layer, and performance oversight.
Is this different from hiring a VA?
Yes. GWT places full-time dedicated operators who work with one client, inside one business, with one set of priorities.
What if the first operator is not the right fit?
