Summary: GWT respects your privacy. We collect information you provide to place operators, communicate with you, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information. SMS messages are sent only with your explicit consent.

2. Information We Collect

Directly from you: name, email, phone, company info, business vertical, role requirements, SMS consent records, and payment information. Payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Automatically: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, and usage analytics via cookies.

Third parties: business contact info from LinkedIn, partner referrals, or CRM platforms, including GoHighLevel.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide operator placement services and manage your account
  • Communicate about your placement, operator performance, and billing
  • Send service SMS with consent, including appointments, placement updates, and account notifications
  • Send marketing SMS with separate consent, including offers, announcements, and program updates
  • Improve our website, services, and operator training
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements

4. SMS / Text Messaging

Key Rule: We only send SMS to individuals who have provided explicit written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Service SMS: Operator placement updates, appointments, and account status. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.

Marketing SMS: Promotional content, offers, and announcements. Separate consent required. Reply STOP to cancel at any time.

No sharing: Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party for their marketing purposes.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. Limited sharing may occur with service providers, including Stripe, GoHighLevel, and SMS delivery platforms under data processing agreements; placed operators for account onboarding; and legal authorities when required by law.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while active plus up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete, or export your information. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. Contact [email protected] to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential, analytics, and marketing cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes may be communicated by email or SMS. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
