Real Estate Operator
Transaction coordination, CRM management, CMA research, lead follow-up, offer drafting. Experience with US real estate workflows preferred.
Legal Operator
Intake, document management, deadline tracking, client coordination. Experience in real estate law, title work, or litigation support is a strong plus.
Mortgage Operator
Loan conditions tracking, borrower follow-up, pipeline management. Experience with Encompass, ARIVE, or similar LOS preferred.
Construction & PM Operator
Permit tracking, sub coordination, maintenance intake, vendor management. Experience with Procore, BuilderTrend, AppFolio, or similar preferred.

We pay above the offshore industry standard. Specific rates depend on vertical, experience, and role — we'll cover the exact number on the interview call.

Most agencies are a placement service. We're operators ourselves. We stay involved, coach, and back you up when something goes sideways with a client.

Yes. You'll be embedded in their team — their tools, their systems, their hours. GWT manages the relationship, but day-to-day work is direct with the client.

It happens. We re-match when it makes sense. We don't penalize operators for honest assessments — tell us early and we'll work through it.

Most of our operators are based in the Philippines, but we evaluate strong applicants from other markets too. Reliable internet, professional English, and US business hours are non-negotiable.

For junior operator and call center roles, we consider strong candidates without direct vertical experience. Specialist roles usually require relevant background.

From application to offer is usually 2–3 weeks if we both move forward. From offer to first day is typically another 1–2 weeks while training and matching happen.

It's a full-time, dedicated contract role with GWT. You're not a freelancer juggling accounts. You're a GWT operator with a single client placement.
